1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using WishSpark.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. WishSpark reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Services
WishSpark provides a platform to create digital celebration pages including birthday wishes, proposal pages, wedding invitations, and festival greetings. Users can share these pages via a unique link on social media and messaging platforms.
3. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We offer the following plans:
- Basic Plan — ₹29 (valid for 7 days)
- Standard Plan — ₹59 (valid for 30 days)
- Premium Plan — ₹99 (valid forever)
All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued if the page was not generated due to a technical error on our end. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@wishspark.in.
4. User Content
You are solely responsible for all content you upload or submit to WishSpark, including photos, messages, and names. You confirm that you have the right to use any photos uploaded. WishSpark is not responsible for any content created by users. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
5. Prohibited Content
You agree not to create pages that contain:
- Obscene, offensive, or illegal content
- Hate speech or discrimination
- Content that violates others privacy
- Spam or misleading information
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
6. Page Expiry
Pages created under the Basic plan expire after 7 days. Standard plan pages expire after 30 days. Premium plan pages are permanent. WishSpark is not responsible for any loss of content after the expiry period.
7. Intellectual Property
All design templates, graphics, and code on WishSpark.in are the intellectual property of WishSpark. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our templates without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
WishSpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
